Captain Harry Jobes

Signed on the bottom "Made by Capt. Harry Jobes."  The original owner purchased this life-size decoy in 1997 from Harry Jobes.  He wanted the decoy to sit flat on a shelf so he removed the keel weights and touched up the area where the keel weight was.  Other than that minor repair, the condition of the decoy is excellent.
